Um barco de cruzeiro para baixo Rio Amazonas
Travel by boat is good, old-fashioned slow travel. So wonderfully slow you can listen to the boat making its way through the water, watch the ever-expanding and contracting wall of trees before you, eat a meal, make some friends, get some sun and realize only a few hours have passed. This is the kind of slow travel we seek. It connects us to the world around – the people, the place, the pace of life before we could whisk ourselves across the world on planes. Nothing compares, really, to embarking on a boat to travel down the mother of all rivers, the Rio Amazonas. You should try it sometime.
