Unconference
In March we visited India's take on the "unconference." Participants come together and spontaneously drive the topics; everyone is able to experience roles as both speaker and attendee. During the multi-day conference out in the middle of a dry, rural Maharashtra, people camped, cooked, ate, and discussed a range of topics from learning to creativity. All peppered, of course, with a bit of Indian flare.
